So I’ve been unmotivated as crap for the past few months. My goal for today and the near future is to get on some kind of track. I started weight watchers today. Tomorrow the plan is to walk in the morning with my mom, come home and eat properly, wait for a package, then go to day treatment. After this I want to continue weight watchers, walk in the morning, and go to day treatment. The rest- laundry, cleaning, dishes, odd jobs I’ll still have to keep up with. I guess i have a goal and I’m excited about it. Anyone else go through this? Wanting to get some kind of routine? Try to get unstuck?

wow, I loved weight watchers when I used their cook book and worked with a friend neighbor in the program to help me in the eighties…great…I loved it…yes I was in a rut about exercising but now I exercise every other day…great improvement for me…thanks.

My husband prefers a very clean home. I tend to clean once a week. My new goal is to do some cleaning everyday, in addition to what I normally do which is laundry and dishes everyday.

I need to get back on my treadmill. I haven’t exercised in two years.

I have been making a schedule in my email/calendar program and it seems to be easier to do stuff. Like the day before or that morning.
