Get out of your comfort zone!

The most crucial part of recovery with this illness is to keep doing things that make you step outside of your comfort zone! I for one have a fear of heights, so what did I do? The impossible! I went skydiving! It was the most liberating, euphoric experience of my life! All my fears vanished during that time and I felt like I was walking on air for months! It beat any drug or self medication I have ever tried! Most people who skydive report this feeling! I would do it a lot more if it wasn’t so expensive! So I encourage all of y’all to do something that really puts yourself out there and face your fear!

I hate going out in public but i do it.

I think that one is difficult to beat, but you tolerate it more and more each time.

I hate jumping out of a perfectly good airplane!
