I wasn’t surprised when I read this.

If they’re not abusing the technology, it’s just because they know their abusive technology is not advanced enough to avoid detection.

It’s not you who should care. It’s states. The phones were only allowed to be sold at all because we didn’t want to piss off China by restricting their economic growth.
