I was wondering does this med work? I was thinking of asking my doc if we can try it. I have heard it’s weight neutral.
I was on it for 15 years. I gained 150 pounds on it. Kept me stable while I was on it. Stable and fat, but stable.

Works for me. It was weight neutral for me. You have to take it twice a day though for it to work.

For me, I may as well have taken sugar pills. It didn’t help me, and I had no side effects.

No one can really answer you. Every med may work for someone but not for another.
Yes I know that but I can see how many people it worked for a the side effects I could see

You can check this meta analysis for side effects profile of medicine. Based on the evidence provided it is weight neutral but have some problems on heart health
it is minimally anticholinergic which many antipsychotics are not so that is a good thing. gotta take it twice though.
and take it with like loads of calories, might be 500calories.
i have not tried it myself cos it is not available in the uk, shame really
