Firework are always banned in nepal…only few people use cracker here…for sure we wont be doing fire cracker…we eat different dishes here along meat …we put tika on our forehead from our sisters for hoping for good health and prosperity. …thanks my man dreams…take care…

I think it is because of air pollution concerns. I was following a news story about it on BBC World Service. Those who bought fireworks before the ban must be happy they can let some fireworks off.
