Gaba and antipsychotics

I came across some studies that GABA can help treat ocd and instrusive/unwanted thoughts.I am already on 20 mg abilify,is it safe to take a GABA supplement on top of abilify(antipsychotic)?Thanks

I take 400mg L-theanine with 15mg abilify without any problems. Your mileage may vary.
