Future telling dreams?

Anyone here ever dealt with dreams coming true in real life?

Since Thanksgiving here in the US, I’ve had 2 of those types of dreams. One on Thanksgiving day and another today. The dreams show me something and in real life something so eerily similar happens.

Doesn’t help that today I had a child’s voice in my ear as I was flopping around trying for a nap.

Maybe it’s because a lot of stress is done for me? Just recently moved back home. Finished everything last Wednesday.

It just sucks cause I’ve been fairly stable.

I also have started staying up way late lately too. Like 4-5a. I just don’t know what this means? Should I keep an eye on it?

I see my pdoc on the 23rd. So not too far away.

How do I not get sucked in? Any advice or telling me it’s a coincidence would be helpful. Thank you.

It’s definitely a coincidence. The only other explanation would be that your dreams are magic or psychic or some other supernatural phenomena and that’s not possible. I mean if you look at it logically, dreams are random and weird and infinitely varied, the law of averages says that one or two may come true. Many people experience this phenomena of dreams coming true but studies have been done that prove it’s random and cannot be done on a regular, recorded basis. In other words it has never been proven that someone has the gift of precognition. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts happening every night and if it does then you should notify someone at a lab or university or something that you are the first person in history to be able to regularly foretell the future.

Thank you for that Nick. I appreciate it. Sometimes I just need to hear it from someone else. I’ve had an medicaid insurance snafu and haven’t been able to go to therapy since October.

Sometimes just need someone to spell it out for me.
