Future Law In the United States

The President has signed the Lawsuit Compensation Act. It mandates that any company that makes a new product has to pay an amount based on their size for potential class lawsuits that will inevitably come from any flaw that occurs in the product… Any company that does so is not liable for anything more than they pay. Consumer protection groups are outraged.

Sounds like a bad idea.

Source? A look at CNN and horrible Faux News yields nothing.

I put it under creativity because I don’t think the law exists. But in my opinion such a law is not necessary because that pretty much is the way it is and yes I don’t care much for the lawsuit culture we live in that allows companies to do what they please if they are able to pay compensation for it.
