Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who participates in the forum.
I was isolating to an unhealthy degree for most of the study I’m almost finished with. Not good.
I enjoy getting out of my head a bit and doing the forum. If I could, I’d give likes to practically everything I read. But the program warns me all the time I’m close to the max. So I have to be mellow on that. But seriously, you are all good people and I enjoy reading your posts.
It’s been really good for me. Kept me from bugging out the last week or so.
