To each his own i suppose :stuck_out_tongue: one thing is a lot of people have food restrictions (allergies, special diets causes of illnesses and moral beliefs

I donā€™t like ā€œpretentiousā€ or trendy foods.

Give me a regular cheeseburger and fries any day.

90% of time I see a chef prepared dish I spot something gross about it thatā€™s supposed to be ā€˜refined.ā€™ Just get me a bacon cheeseburger with fries and save your weird almond sauce for Iron Chef!

Iā€™m watching Hellā€™s Kitchen.

I love watching Gordon Ramsay .
Thereā€™s a chick I really dig in this season Iā€™m watching.she comes across as a ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  but for some reason I really digg her.

I worked at a cafe for s owner who was like a female Gordon but when she was swearing and screaming at her I was calm and did my best.
She never made me feel bad or put me down.
I felt that she appreciated her staff and respected them despite her screaming at lunch rush.

I e worked for people who do not scream or swear but put you down and treat you bad in a way she did not.

I watched some others I like too.

I adore most foods I think but am picky.

I have not been to many expensive fancy restaurants but my brother shouted us fancy Japanese and it was amazing .
Absolutely one of the best feeds Iā€™ve ever had and great atmosphere.

People with large wallets and small brains.

ā€œDeconstructedā€ foods are so pretentious. I always roll my eyes when they do that on cooking shows.

I used to seek out local Roach Coaches (Food Trucks) before they went all foo fooey.
ā€¦and expensive.

Sometimes you just want a simple meal well cooked. Not something concocted by a failed artist turned chef. I want food I can enjoy , but that fills me at the same time. I donā€™t want something thatā€™s ā€˜artisticā€™ and gone in a couple of mouthfuls.
