it’s a good mission though, but my grandmother lived to be 96 making everything known to man in the kitchen.

I’ve never heard that but I’m going to a plant-based nutritionist
I’m sure if you survive on mushroom pie and chips rather than Whole Foods that can’t be healthy for anyone

I plan on losing 1kg per week. Do you think that’s realistic?

Though I might remain a fat whale

I always eliminate bread

It’s better to just eat healthy and see what happens
Eat with a bit of sense and a kg a week might fall off
