I guess this is caused by my acid reflux but it is seriously bothering me.

Feels like a lump in my throat

ive heard that feeling can also be caused by thyroid problems

I seriously don’t need more doctor visits.

I have acid reflux, too, it’s uncomfortable. and it’s my fault because I eat late and unhealthy. would call it a snake that eats your frog.
