Fresh pasta

I’m trying to make fresh pasta.

I have no equipment for it and don’t care to invest in any.

I’ve made pasta once before and it was terrible.

Don’t know what I did wrong, but I super want this pasta to turn out.

Been growing these pink oyster mushrooms and I want to serve them in a nice pasta dish.

Does anyone have any tips, tricks, recipes for pasta that they know work?

I’d appreciate the help.

Three large eggs to every two cups of flour, and perhaps a bit of water to get the dough to a good consistency like in the above video. Fine-milled durum semolina (yellow-looking) flour is the best. Reserve about half a cup of the pasta water before pouring off the noodles - it is critical for thickening your sauce.

Almazan Kitchen cooking is as basic as you can get. Don’t even need a stove, LOL.
