I’m excited. Tonight for dinner I made French Onion Soup (homemade) and Swedish Meatballs. My husband used to be a chef and loved the meatballs. He also said the French Onion Soup was the best he ever had! I’m so excited I made a meal loved by a former professional chef!

I love French Onion soup, sometimes I’ll order it at certain restaurants when I go out. But a well-made Swedish Meatballs is one the truly finer dining experiences, it’s not as easy to find at the restaurants around here. Never had the chance to order it at any restaurant I’ve been to. . About 10 years ago, my girlfriend made it for me and it was incredible. But she’s actually been vegetarian for decades, so it’s not easy to get her to make any dish with real meat.

My husband used to be a chef and he loved my. Swedish meatballs recipe. I’m thinking about making some minor changes. I wrote down some ideas. We’ll see if they work.
