Found a Wallet in the Street This Morning

I was driving my daughter to school when she noticed it in the middle of the road.

This woman had her whole life in that big wallet. I drove to the bank and they phoned and emailed her to come and pick it up.

Hopefully the Karma will come back to me down the road.

That’s good of you to take it to the bank … :slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah.

I didn’t want this woman to panic and start cancelling all of her many bank cards and credit cards and health cards…etc. That’s why I had the bank phone her.

Many people would of just pocketed it.

I’m just ā€˜paying forward’ the good karma.

I’ve been in jams with a conked out car and received help from strangers before, so now it was my turn I figure.

Heres my policy with lost wallets : if you find it return it and dont take any money out of it. If someone finds yours and returns it offer them the money that was in it.

@Patrick What a lovely quality to have, ā€œHonestyā€ Something you rarely see anymore. That was very good of you to understand how that person would feel.

Wow bless you xxx

Best post I’ve seen today. I must admit that the main reason I’d do the same thing is that I’m afraid of going over the $2,000 limit.
