Form despair to hope to action

i wanna tell you that a year ago i lost weight for 8 months may be 30 kg as i remember then 8 months afterthat i gained all of them again and several kgs above them so i become very desperate day go then i decide to beck to losing weight
from deep desperation i decide to make goal to lose 3 kg
i begin losing grams after grams untill i achieved it
that make me highly motivated i lost 3 kg !!! yes
i am now in second goal to lose 4.5 kg
i lost so far 3.2 kg
i now can calculate calories in food it is amazing skill
i also do intermittent fasting and low carb diet they are amazing to lose weight
i even do nt do any kind of sports they are like magic


i hope not to regain weight
i dont like obesity or it is life
dreams get back to me i can dream more now

i am going to tell doctor to keep meds as it is
i dont like relapses it is bad

I’ve been on intermittent fasting and low carb diet too! it is really effective more than sports or any diet. but it is hard to find adequate low carb food. I usually fill my plate with several kinds of meat or eggs. What kind of food do you eat?

i eat bulk of carbs :joy: :joy:
you can find food with low carbohydrate % like brown rice or basmati rice they are only 20% carbohydrate i eat about 200 gm every day
also vegetables has very low percent i eat about 250 gm salad they are only 90 calorie
so eat well dont deprive yourself

I’ve experienced increased appetite during the feeding window because I was obsessed with the fact that only eat for 8hours a day. After that, I kinda lost control and didn’t do diet anymore. But recently I restarted again, and I hope I can go back to normal. I think it is hard to avoid snacks in between meals. Do you eat snacks?

may be but try not to feel guilty about that
only make amount of calories per day to follow and dont increase alot more than that
