hi, i just realised that i completely forgot about my weekly TEP job today, i was so focused on my interview that it completely slipped my mind 
idk what i am going to say to my TEP manager or my boss i feel a bit stupid now and i hope i can make up for it somehow, damn, damn, damn.

Once is probably ok depending on what your job is. Just tell them an emergency came up and you will do your best to call ahead next time.
Yeah it happens. Before the sz I had a job and had two weeks holiday. Had such a good time I rang them up to see when I was back to work. Kinda missed the usual routine. It was good to find out I was due back that same night! haha My bad!
Make an excuse. Make it reasonable. It does happen to everyone!
