Does the medication affect your sexual performance?
If it does,why do you want to continue taking it?

Cause delusions are very dangerous. What if you end up thinking you can fly and jump off a building? Or maybe a bit more realistic, you start thinking that you’re not afraid of heights anymore and start trying to walk on the ledge of a building and you end up losing your balance.
Or you might start to think that somehow your landlord is connected to an “underworld” and decide that you can’t live in your house anymore or “they” will get you. And then you go homeless
Or you might end up in jail, etc.
Also, disorganized thinking, if left untreated for a long time, will leave you unable to communicate with other people (talking about heavy word salad here)
There are a lot of antipsychotics out there. Not all of them have sexual side effects. But let’s say they all have that side effect for the person taking them. Would you rather end up dead, homeless or in jail? Or go without sex/masturbation?
I mean, I know it’s pretty bad having erectile dysfunction. But out of the two evils I’d choose the one that doesn’t risk my life

I continue taking it because I get crazy delusions all the time without the meds.
I take geodon and it does not give me any sexual side effects. But if it did I would still take them. I have too many responsibilities to be psychotic.
