up allnight sleep all day…what you doing?
When I’m off meds I sleep all day. When on meds, I sleep at night.

Also when the heat is playing with my energy levels… I’m sleeping more in the day… up more at night…
Our Rain City hasn’t had much rain this summer… very odd.
