For anyone with a shoulder impingement

I just got a new pull up bar and I’m doing these throughout the day and week from now on.

It’s stupid injuries that stop me from being jacked and strong.

At least I can try to build my legs and core

I Honestly Didn’t Even Know Impingement Was Even A Word.

Was this a recent injury or an old one? I have several other shoulder exercises that could help you.

Old problem from 2014. I’m still considering surgery.

Mine is from 2011. I have to do PT occasionally. Luckily, it’s covered because it was a work injury

Had physio numerous times, never worked.

Only option is surgery, or a miraculous recovery from dead hangs. Idk if my rotator cuff tendon is getting triggered, or if it my shoulder blade that’s the issue. Maybe bone spurs too. Mri showed nothing.
