Made chorizo and eggs, put it in burritos with Mexican cheese, hot sauce and sour cream.

Started weight watchers today. I lost 30lbs in a past weight watcher trial. This was my breakfast. It totaled 5 points out of a 42 point daily allowance. 3 eggs fried with olive oil, toast, low-fat cottage cheese, a banana, and blueberries

This bread is 3. There is some like 45 calorie per slice bread that’s maybe 1 per slice, but it’s not that good. This is more nutritious and I have room for it.

Tangy and smelly, even all these hours and sleep later haha had to use Chlorhexadine and chew parsley to help :rofl:

I just cooked some quinoa and popped it in the fridge last night. Took some out. Tossed it with coconut aminos and tossed in some chopped onions. Some dried cherries some cashews some pine nuts. Some chocolate chips, some olive oil from Spain and a little bit of sea salt.

Really good! My no mayo quinoa Waldorf salad
