Got spicy chicken legs, crispitos, and pizza sticks from my local bulk food wholesaler. Here I made some of those chicken legs and Mac and cheese. They were pretty good. Nothing to write home about. The crispitos and pizza sticks are really good though.

I’m going to make turkey tacos with Brussel sprouts and corn on the cob.
Chat GPT helped me come up with the recipes.

Trying chili cheese baked potatoes for the first time. Good stuff, though the potatoes (two of them) are not quite fully cooked. Oh well.
I had never microwaved potatoes before, have always had them baked in an oven. I just didn’t want to run the oven for long just for two potatoes.
Anyway, it’s still very good

Split open both potatoes and topped with a good dose of sharp cheddar.
Then the chili sauce.
Then more cheddar, as well as Frank’s Red Hot.

I’d give it a go… but I don’t know what the outcome will be… dates are sweet, salt and sugar mix well but yeah!

Just tried these for the first time. The Corner Booth is a premium brand of frozen pizza. These were pretty good, but their pizzas are better.

Kinda, but more like a pizza filled egg roll, being that it’s wrapped in a wonton, or whatever it’s called. In the directions it showed they can be deep fried like egg rolls.

I made my spaghetti sauce with ground beef tonight, turned out great, as always.
I think the pasta shape is called tortiglioni, something like that. It was an imported brand that was on sale super cheap a few weeks ago.
I topped my serving with shredded parmesan and crushed red pepper. Had it with a couple slices of cheesy Texas toast.
