This was so spicy, I woke up at night thirsty as a elephant the orange juice was heavenly, slept and woke up and drank more, so good
I need to go to that thai resturant again soon, maybe tomorrow. They also have ice cream included in the buffet
Made this yesterday, in my slow cooker. Garlic parmesan chicken pasta. It’s good, eating some leftovers at the moment.

Thanks @Loke, they were quite yummy, but next time i will use less yeast and let them raise for longer, they had a whiff of too much yeast
I must eat all the veggies! I put about one and a half cups into the bowl. Microwaved with 2 tbsps of water, for four minutes.

Tried a new recipe today. It’s like homemade au gratin potatoes with ground beef, pretty good.
I leave the skins on, because that’s how I roll.
Hominy, chickpeas, dark red kidney beans, one snack size cheedar, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and scallions. Oh, and vidalia onion salad dressing.
One of my favorite meals.

Avocado, chickpea, kidney beans, cucumber, scallion, tomato, with 1 tbsp vidalia onion dressing. Yum. I’m becoming pretty much vegetarian again at home.
Im really only eating meat once a week or so. Have plenty of vegetarian protein choices. Have always done best mostly vegetarian.
You all are such good cooks. I got a lot of good ideas reading this topic.
