@anon4362788 you’re right about the pinch of cardamom in your coffee. I just didn’t think some people would understand it so I gave it a measured value (1/4 tsp).

I made pork and rice for dinner last night. It came out pretty good. I used salt, cumin and curry seasoning for the pork. Fried in coconut & vegetable oil. Veg oil is supposedly bad for you. I don’t use it often. Coconut oil gives it a good taste.

Just did a meat run…

I buy large pieces of meat and cut my own steaks and roasts. We also buy 10 kg tubes of ground beef and portion them onto 0.5 kg packs to freeze.

1/3 to 1/2 of retail cost at the grocer.
