So I was hospitalized two weeks ago I got out on leave for thanksgiving worst idea ever I am not going back they said I have to but ■■■■ them the voices were right
Sometimes it is better to be hospitalized. I have been 3 times each over a month. I didn’t want to go back after a leave but it was for the best.
No I don’t need it i don’t need the meds I don’t need any of it
Whatever happens I hope you choose to stay on your meds.

Oh dear. You really do need some support. The voices are not right. They are part of your illness. Sorry that you self-mutilate. You really need to get some support so you can learn more constructive ways of managing your emotions. Please consider going back to hospital.

just do everything out patient, and don’t hurt yourself
nothing good comes from pain.
