I think camouflaging veggies into meals is a smart idea, as long as the actual meal tastes good.
Fast food chains put all these addictive chemicals into their food so what’s the big problem?
No harm, no foul.
I had one child that absolutely loved all veggies and one that didn’t. I hid veggies where I could for the one who didn’t. He has grown to love veggies thankfully. In fact he has grown to be a health food eater and my good veggie eater has gone the other way now and eats a lot more junk food. That’s funny how that worked out.
