I don’t know why my head was muggy. It could be
- coming off benzos again (only had 7 tablets though)
- getting over the flu
- just a random thing
I suspect it’s coming off the benzos though.

My guess would be that the flu was making you foggy.
Maybe that and the benzos both.

Reckon you are right - is likely a combination of factors really. Viral illnesses can last for ages and make you feel thoroughly weird. Glad you have come out the other side now.
