First therapy session went good, she talked about expediting seeing the psychiatric doctor. She also wanted me to get back into groups but you need a case manager to join. She wants me to play with bubbles to practice deep breaths.

Sounds like a positive experience. Are you going to get a case manager? I have one and he’s helped me. In fact he helped me find my current apartment.

She suggested starting to take supplements because I told her I was afraid to become addicted to ativan. She said she will talk to one of the doctors about me. She too said they will probably take me off haldol.
