First day of personal training

I wanted to get serious about getting back on track with exercise. I signed up for the gym and for a month get to see a personal trainer twice a week. I had my first meeting with him today!! It was TOUGH. I’m positively exhausted now. But it felt so good at the same time, I’d just come out of a painful therapy session and it was just cathartic. It really helped me feel like I was powerful and doing all I could to take care of myself. I am excited for my next day at the gym!!

That’s super cool @Anna. This might help you feel a little better. You’ve been thru a lot of hard times, so I’m glad you’re starting this.
