First day intending to regulate my sleep schedule?

It is 9:00 pm
*It is too early wait for some time
It is 9:30 pm
*Ok best time to go to sleep
Ok but how to sleep without tv working
Ok get small mobile and watch videos until you get to sleep
I get to xvideos and watch
Ok but no masturbation
I masturbate twice
Oh no it is 12:00 am and I forget to take meds
Ok I take it and I will turn computer on to watch series
It is 1:07am and I canโ€™t sleep so far

I slept from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm today. My sleep patterns are all over the place. Itโ€™s been that way for decades.

I usually get to sleep around 11 and back up at 5am. Thatโ€™s a good night sleep and is my intent but I do some nights only sleep 1 or 2 hours.

Yes I agree sleep is important. When I donโ€™t sleep I can hardly function the next day.
