Interesting! A lot of it I already knew but the Omega-3 info was new to me and seemed very promising.
I also thought seeing the efficacy of the different APs was cool. Like now I know why Risperidone really worked for me when none of the other APs really did as good a job.

I agree about the Omega3 information being interesting. I will definitely give my kids Omega3s when they get a little older.
The relapse rate of 97% within 3 years of no meds was also enlightening. Makes me not really want to consider going off my meds even though I think I fall into the FEP group and have been stable for over a year.
