Feel very anxious outside. Had psychology today which was tuff. Luckily my mum could pick me up and drop me off.
Do you think the psychology thing is helping ?
Not sure. Feels like it kinda brings up stuff which make me feel bad. No 100% if it really is for me. Is early days.
My psychologist did ask me if I wanted another appointment. Maybe she saw I was suffering. I am just concerned if we do stop the therapy I would be seen as non-compliant. Don’t want that as a reputation.
I hear you. No one wants to be labelled as non compliant, and yet psychology is not hugely famous for helping sz at all. I’m surprised they still use it. I know that CBT can be helpful for a lot of people, so perhaps if you suggest to your psychologist to try that? Just a thought.
Therapy takes time. I mean, I don’t go to therapy anymore because I feel it is a load of s**t, but some people feel helped by it.
