I’ve seen probably 6 or 7 therapists over my lifetime. Out of all of these, only one was helpful. I’m not sure if I simply have bad luck with therapists or if there’s that many poor quality therapists practicing. Do any of you have advice to finding a good therapist?
Look for someone with similar qualities to the one therapist you did like. What was it about them and their method? I just returned to the one that helped me about 5 years ago.
