Not sure how to distress . I feel like I can’t catch a minute to relax lately. It makes me feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack or something soon and I believe my blood pressure might be high lately because I have a pressure in my head.
Might be wise to go on Amazon and buy a blood pressure machine/cuff/monitor or whatever you call it. I hear you though. Im worried about my BP too. I’m overweight.
The new watches track BP and O2 sats quite accurately and they are inexpensive (don’t need to buy Apple for this).
Go to your gp and get the bloodwork done as well as your Bp and stuff. Always good to get a tune up and ease the mind.
As to stress. It really is a leveller for mental illness like sz so perhaps look into getting time for you where you enjoy things and can destress.
I always find computer games help me relax and move outside my head a bit so it’s worthwhile that I play them regularly. Perhaps your favourite movies or shows will help you too.
It really does make symptoms worse so I’d say see your gp to get a handle on your health stats then work on ways to de-stress.
