Sometime i Feel the environment just like before the illness…is it a sign of recovery?

I had one day earlier this year where I felt completely sane. I didn’t want the day to end—I felt that good. I’m not going to go off my meds though. Too dangerous.

Have you ever tried to come off medication before?
Yes i tried one year after the last relapse
So how many times have you tried? I’ve tried once and relapsed, but will try once more.
Are you off meds yet?
Did u fall into full psychotic episode…or it was just symptoms relapse? In my case my smptoms came back
I tried just once
I had a full psychotic episode lasting six weeks of delusions. I then suddenly snapped out of it. Did manage five months of off antipsychotics before that. The relapse happened very quickly, after some stress and reducing antidepressants.
No still on 5mg Olanzapine. This will be reviewed in October, but doubt the CPN will want to reduce. Although I will ask to try 3.75mg.
Starting to realise this may be a long term problem. Still would give it one more try though.
