But can’t quite say what. It’s just making me feel scared
I know the feeling. I’ve been having it in my stomach for the past few days.
Like I’m watching two trains I know will collide, and there’s nothing I can do to stop them
Yes!!! That feeling that you’re going to drown or something …I don’t even know why I’m scared but the feelings there.
It’s a feeling of dread, fear, and anticipation.
I sometimes feel like I am doomed. I don’t know exactly why but that’s how it feels to me. I remind myself of all the times nothing happened and rely on my faith to get me through it. hang in there @anon80629714!
That’s the fear and dread. I think it’s anxiety based. Have an Ativan on me
I feel I might give up with life one day if I’m not careful. It’s quite a serious thought obviously. So I want to be careful if possible.
Yeah I have it too… long term I don’t know how to solve it. It haunts me like a ghost
One day at a time
When the anxiety starts to affect your sleep those days start to blend …
Serequel and Ativan
I never took meds
