It’s a feeling of dread, fear, and anticipation.

I sometimes feel like I am doomed. I don’t know exactly why but that’s how it feels to me. I remind myself of all the times nothing happened and rely on my faith to get me through it. hang in there @anon80629714!

That’s the fear and dread. I think it’s anxiety based. Have an Ativan on me
I feel I might give up with life one day if I’m not careful. It’s quite a serious thought obviously. So I want to be careful if possible.
Yeah I have it too… long term I don’t know how to solve it. It haunts me like a ghost
