Since raising my risperidone dose to 5mg I’ve been feeling overall unwell.
I’ve been feeling zombified and have been feeling a bit nauseous.
Very numb and spacey, a bit dizzy too.
It’s been about 10 days on this increased dose.
I’ll contact my doctor at some point if I have to.

Check your temperature too. I would see a doctor or go to urgent care.
When I was on risperidone, I was always nauseous. The only thing that helped was Phenergan. I don’t know what to say about being zombified as I get this feeling frequently on all the meds I have been on. I hope you get some relief some how. Nothing is worse than being hammered down from psych meds, meds that are much needed for stability
I don’t know the meds working and its having an effect on you and it is changing you a little already to a new level.

But I don’t like this drugged up feeling for sure.
When I was sick like I had been poisoned from risperidone, it took me 6 months for it to go away. It took years for the foggy drugged feeling to go away. Maybe less, I was in bad withdrawl for much of it. Dont know how long it will last for you, but what you are describing with risperidone went away eventually for me.
