Welp. Im feeling paranoid. Went to take photos of my sisters family at an orchard and i was doing well up till the end. My mom works at the orchard and when she asked if there were a lot of people out i immediately got paranoid. My sisters kids were misbehaving and she paid me 50 bucks. Which was nice but they werent very good photos.

Sorry i was a little unclear. My mind gets so distorted when im paranoid. Im nkt sure what made me paranoid. I saw my mom and immediately got paranoid. Just seeing her busy and dealing with kids. Im not sure why it triggered it.

It stayed till this morning. I didnt get much sleep. I couldnt breathe. I was freaking out that i had to go to the hospital. Like usual. Ever since my doctor told me that when symptoms worsen i should go to the hospital i always think i have to go.
