I stop taking ap for 4 days and I have a nausea, dizziness, feeling weak. What to do ?

It’s withdrawal. Take them again.
Or else you may have rebound psychosis

Everyday I think about quitting meds.

50% of patients go off meds. I got off my meds one too many times. It took me years to recover. I hope you get back on your normal schedule soon.
It’s only been a few days. Take your regular doses as prescribed
