feelin a little manic but i think my body needs this, i think i am going to call it ‘a quick detox’ or maybe it should be called a crash diet but yeah after skipping my dinner and just drinking some tea i feel like i have more energy and although a little manic i feel a bit physically healthier as well, so hoping it continues.
What medicine do you take? If I don’t take mine with a full meal, I also get a bit manic, because it hasn’t absorbed into my body fully.
it might be my med but idk it might also be an effect of my own sz, i have always had a meal at specific times throughout the day but i have been trying to learn to listen to my body and its needs, i think i stopped doing that when i started getting unwell a long time ago and with that combined with the medication i was on a losing streak weight wise,
i hope i can learn more about listening to what my body wants, i was scared to miss a meal, scared to not eat but i have to say i am glad i gave my body a rest, i reckon thats why people fast, my body doesn’t need as much sustenance as i have been giving it and it shows,
it has messed with my stability a little though idk why
