Fear of flying and heights

Hi guys

I have a fear of flying in planes and

I also have fear of heights

Given that let’s say I decide to move to another country how can I go there because I am afraid of flying by plane

No by ship is a long journey and also very risky

I have a fear of going on the highway. My doctor gives me Ativan for long trips. Maybe you can get some for your flight.

I also have fear of heights and flying. I always make sure that I have medication along to Sedate me if necessary.

I have a moderate fear of heights but not airplanes. Take benzos like om suggested and sleep, you’ll forget your fears.

oh ok i see.

as a child i had neither of that and as an adult also but

its just these last 9-10 years or so i have developed the fear
