Thats great, did it cause any side effect? Is it a pill?
One thing you can try is to sit in a hot bath everyday for 20-30 mins it increases heartrate and circulation and could possibly condition your heart a little.

Yes both, I eat fiber sometimes either Metamucil or Chia seeds but it doesnt seem to help. I still eat a lot.

I think it’s too hard to research how to eat healthier.
I am making up my own diet eating only cucumber salad with a dressing.
I was eating 3 calories/150g noodles daily back when I did the diet. Problem is I don’t have motivation anymore.
The noodles were called Shirataki if anyone wants to try them.

I used to work out at the gym, run 5K 3 times a week. I was fit! Now I can barely walk without getting exhausted. Zyprexa does something with the mind, it dulls you. And you crave carbs. Going on a diet is impossible.
I look hideous when I look at myself in the mirror. No clothes fit me. I constantly need to buy new clothes that fit me. And clothes are expensive where I live.
I’m waiting until I get better to taper down this horrible medication.

If you think about your heart, walking or exercise doesnt pump it, but increase in heart rate is caused by another trigger in the body such as low blood oxygen. If you sit in a hot bath for 20mins it could have the same effect as going for a 20 min walk. The other muscles in your body wont benefit which is part of fitness, but it could be enough to keep your heart healthy. Good luck im going to bed.
Yea me too before sz and meds I went to the gym daily sometimes twice in a day, was 135-140lb flat abdomen no belly.

I was thinking about those electrical patches that contract muscles. I used to wear one all day but my family was making fun of me because I had wires all over my body lol
But did the contraction of the muscle increase heart rate?
I am not sure, never measured it.
