FDA has banned NAC as you may have heard.
It is the best supplement that I have tried.
There are some topics about it here as it is one of the supplements for this illness.
I’m wondering what are you going to do if you have been doing well on it?
My experience is It interacts with Abilify to make Abilify less effective. So I ended up having suicidal ideation when I was on it.
Maybe it can still be ordered online from abroad?
I’ve tried it: no effect. And I didn’t like the taste (it was a powder).

It made me itch myself all day and didn’t help in anything.
I tried it. I took it for a fairly long time. It didn’t make any difference, better or worse, so I stopped taking it.
