I could nostalgically nerd out to this game for a long god damn time…
just looking up various art work and screen shots.
Graphics by the guy who did DBZ… an excellent combat system. No random encounters… TIME TRAVEL… ■■■■ it was amazing… took so long to get into but then all the sudden you’re travelling throughout 5 or 6 different periods of the same world that has evolved from prehistoric-esque… through an age of magic… medieval times… modernish times… sci-fi collapse time… end of the world time.
There are some immortal characters that you run into through out the game and then later find out they’re immortal… it’s absurdly deep and the best RPG I’ve ever played… not a one ever came close.
