If you fast like in afternoon, will this cause your blood pressure going up or down ?
My pdoc told me clozapine and propranolol causes low blood pressure. My bp is low, and im thinking if my fasting might be causing it.

Not eating is bad for your metabolism. Fasting is a terrible diet plan. Definitely try to eat more regularly.

if u don’t get enough liquid in u it will reduce ur bp. so this can include liquid from food. so drinking enough water like @far_cry0 said will hellp
