Fall is coming and signs of a death are in the air

Both my parents died in September. I am feeling a quiet stillness knowing death is coming and that’s alright. I might not see it through the winter and I’m ok with it. Or it is just another seasonal depression. At my age, one doesn’t fight death, one accepts it.

I’m not ready for that yet. Right now, I have a good life. It’s better than it’s ever been.

I have to learn to play guitar superbly before I die, so I can’t die for quite awhile yet.

My Mom died in September of 2019.
