So I am diagnosed schizoaffective disorder for more than a decade. I accept my diagnosis. I am on medications. I enjoy exercise, video games, and outdoors activities among other things. I have goals that I want to achieve. However, I also have hindrances too. I have looked into possible causes and treatments for helping make schizoaffective disorder less severe. Some that I have read briefly about include exercise, diet/nutrition, sleep hygiene, sunlight, hygiene in general and meditation. I am not sure if these work, but I think it is worth a try. I want to be healthy again.
