Do you ever say the heck with it, and carry on even though you may have paranoid thoughts you are being watched or anything?

I have and have beat them, Took a long time but if someone is spying on me it is them who has a problem

I’ve been having the delusion that there is some government agency spying on me and planning to kill me. It’s been happening for about 3 months now and I’ve been trying really hard to be courageous. I’ve been reading books on Phobias and Anxiety treatments and I’ve been doin really well. I still feel like I’m being watched and the fear is diminishing. I keep telling myself that it cant be real… Its been 3 months and they havent done anything… why the wait? I mean if they are gonna kill me why wait? And this is a Government agency… I’m sure they could find a way to kill me and not take 3 months. This is one of the things I believe every SZ should practice… COURAGE… It’s a BIG HELP.

Yes I’ve done the same many times. It almost seems like you don’t have a choice. Sometimes I would think 20 people were going to kill me when I stepped outside and I went outside anyway. Then I hear a voice telling me he is going to kill me and I freak out.

i had the same thoughts that the government was following me all over. I was yelling at the cars that I thought was them to come get me. They never did. Zyprexa is working and those thoughts went away.

I also heard my x bestfriend talking 24/7 in my house and car and boyfriends truck this is not a fun thing to have
