Got back from my second walk an hour or two ago.
We done Eek!!
Walked 8.5 km today. Thought I was going to cough out a lung at one point.
Deoge used to be my running partner,
but now she canāt even go on a daily walk,
she lays down after one block,
and Phil wonāt, heās got a bad hip.
Weāve got a trail here with nautillus all on it,
thatās what I want to get back into.
just walk, and do the equipment.
Iād love some encouragement though.

Well done!!! That is inspiring!
Iām going to give exercise a two week break or so as I feel too lazy atm. Iāve been eating badly including today and it really puts me off exercise.
I think you guys are all doing a great job though!!

I did my yoga for my usual 35 minutes last night. And I slept well last night too. So, except for some slight nausea, Iām feeling pretty good.
I donāt know whatās up with the nausea. My friend was nauseous last week so I think whatever it is, I caught it from her.
