How much is intense exercise?

It has made a huge difference in my life just starting small and slowly increasing. I think exercise has a lot to offer for new and old sufferers. Improvement in cognitive function as well as fitness is something I think available to all of us. I’m sure some better studies will improve on this and qualify what is appropriate!

Well, for me it was intense lol. Maybe for you it is easy. I’m overweight and a smoker. But 30 min of jogging on a treadmill and getting that heartrate up helps a ton.

Heck no it’s not easy. I’m a smoker too. I don’t like vigorous activity much. I’m thinking about starting though. Was just curious since you’ve felt improvement.

I know I feel much better after a bike ride.
It releases endorphins and gives a great feeling.
Plus it clears up the mind.
